    Sellers photos and description describe binder as new. Item arrived showing damage to the hinge area as if some thing heavy was dropped on it. The shipping large box was crushed to some extent but not to have affected its content. See attached pic's to see how little crushed the box is on one side (the binder was 1/2" thick). In contacting the seller about the damage. I mentioned that I was still going to keep it but asked that he contact me to see if he could do any thing. Never responded back
