Very kind, patient & gave me good value for my money. The packaging was superior 2 most I’ve seen in the past. Not one broken ear, neck, tail or leg although they all had parts protruding from the bodies. They were described perfectly & I was shocked how quickly they got here. The box they were in looked like it had gone through a car crusher, but the 4 horses were wrapped so well, they survived!
