    The seller shipped me the wrong item than what was listed and purchased. I reached out to the seller to ask what happened, and didn't get a reply until I initiated a return request. I stood in line for 45+ minutes at the USPS on a Saturday to ship the return, and am still awaiting a refund. The seller said his "warehouse guys" were to blame for the error, but I was left with the extra hassle to try and get a refund and the correct toner, as our workgroup printer is still down.
