When I attempted to remove them to return the item, the locked pieces were stuck even though the rack wasn't excessively tightened (once I used WD40 to get them open, I easily used alan wrenches to remove the rack). Despite these defects, this seller only provided HALF of the refund, forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company
