Stating they had shipped the item, but don’t understand why the UPS is not updating their shipping. I knew better than that. They never shipped the item. Very, very slow at shipping expect to wait 2+ weeks. I just wish they would be more forthcoming about their shipping policies. Don’t tell the person that it shipped and make excuses when it really did not.
