All loose parts were secured in a zip-lock, might be missing chrome springs for narrow brackets. I like the extra fan clips. This was the part I needed, as advertised, although priced close to original MSRP. What was missing were some internal m3 threads on one of the brackets. Easy to miss if you didn't need it, or didn't try to use the one orientation. I have a metric tap set to fix that, but it was a surprise.
