I then have to go to the hassle of returning the item to get a refund. Sent generic cheap Chinese chainsaw chains rather than a totally different design of chain with a sharpening stone that is specific to the chainsaw as advertised. Also took more than 2 weeks to arrive. Seemingly direct from China. User name is clearly chosen to look like a UK company.
