We at no point in the listing claim they are 'untested' but do state 'All of the items in this bundle are in a spares or repair condition. Damage may include corrosion to the battery compartment, damage to the lens, a missing battery or we not have the equipment to charge the battery to test the item and other issues. These would be great for parts or to hopefully be restored, but they are sold as seen' .
