    I have not received the coat I have ordered from this seller, and it is increasingly looking like I never will. Any communication is very vague, and sparse. Going on my own experience I would be very wary of purchasing from this seller.

    I have been in contact with this seller, and they have fully investigated why the delivery of the coat I had ordered was delayed, and the delay in delivery was not theirs, but fully the fault of Royal Mail. I can only hope this seller to use a more reliable courier in future. As for the item I ordered, it arrived in good condition , and was as described by the seller and I am very pleased with the coat I ordered.
