The product is in a seeled package, therefore the seller would’ve been unaware of the fault. The seller was fantastic and sent a refund straight away. I reordered the product again and it was dispatched and received promptly. The second tube was perfect. I would highly recommend purchasing items from this seller, their customer service is excellent.
