    The mouse itself works fine and I’m happy with it, but the packaging arrived damaged and the barcode on the bottom was ripped off, even though the outer shipping box was perfectly fine. Indicating that the seller ripped the box. The item wasn’t fully as described, which affects the item value and presentation. The seller offered only a small partial refund and denied causing the box damage. Disappointed in how the issue was handled as the seller got rude.

    Shipping was fairly quick with good packaging and great value. However, the seller stated that I would receive the original cable included with the item and did not include it. When asked to include it or provide a partial refund I was told there is nothing they could do and it is my problem. The principle is I paid for an item that is missing and the seller is refusing to supply the item to me, even when I offered to pay the shipping for the missing item.

    I specifically asked the seller if mouse included the dongle. He sent the USB of a steel-series headset. Contacted him and he refused to send me the USB even when I offered to pay for the shipping, told me to return it instead which was not possible in my circumstance. Lying seller, stay away at all costs.
