    The item was exactly as shown and described. It was packaged exceptionally good with lots of styrofoam to protect it. It came very quickly as well. I had a few questions prior to purchase and they were answered promptly. I would definitely purchase from this seller again without question or hesitation.

    Unfortunately the item ended up being defective and wouldn’t operate the way it should. I sent it back packaged exactly like it was sent and the seller said it was damaged but looked like the carrier did it then deducted from my return. He then didn’t answer any requests from me and I had to open a case on him. Ebay resolved it for me. Because of his actions I wouldn’t buy from this seller again. What he did was really dishonest and I couldn’t trust buying again.

    I ordered the 4 toyota tacoma trd sport center caps, only one arrived. I contacted the seller about my order of 4 trd sport center caps, that only one arrived. The seller responded immediately and asked for a pic of the package, I sent the pic. The seller let me know that the 4 center caps will be sent the next day. The package arrived with my 4 center caps on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025 in excellent condition. I appreciate the seller's immediate assistance with sending my order.

I never received the original order placed on 9/2 but seller was quick to respond to my message and sent a replacement. However, it was nearly 3 weeks between placing the original order and receiving the item.
