      The book was fine. What was not acceptable is the time and the complete absence of communication. Zero transparency. Book supposed to be in Australia. Apparently no stock. But after a week, no communication either. Then suddenly, it's on its way, a week after being ordered. They had to get a copy from the US. If I had known that I could have got it sooner and quicker myself. Not a good way to build customer loyalty.
