It was given tracking number to arrive July 26 -Aug. 1. On July 30 still no tracking info so I contacted seller. She apologized and said it would be sent out next day. The ad said it was new. The crystal is filthy! I am going to clean it up before I put in a battery. Only good thing is that it was packed well.
