Seller ceased contact with me and did not refund $738 owed me after FedEx return received. His contact info on EBay has now disappeared. I am now opening a case with EBay for help obtaining my refund. I really appreciate EBay keeping a clean and honest marketplace for us shoppers.

One of the horns is a little bent and one of the pieces is missing a screw. Overall, my kids seem to enjoy them. It’s a step up from what they had. They’ve only recently started using them for college band so hopefully their opinions on the horns remain positive.
