I state 2 day processing time as I post parcels every other day. This is make to order but I often make and post items on the same day. Your Item was posted within the two day window, unfortunately once the item is posted I cannot control how long it takes. RM aims for 2 day delivery with 2nd class but this is not always the case. I strive to provide a positive experience for every customer and regret that this one did not go as smoothly
