Recommendation is to adjust one side, then the other (while using one hand to hold the "ring head" where gemstones sit). This is an issue applicable to all solid silver rings (stone falling) not just my items. We do mention this "tip" in the silver jewellery care section in the eBay shop. But we will make sure we inform all customers who buy silver rings from us.
