Contacted the seller again on the 16th and told to wait longer. Refunded on the 19 after eBay stepped in. Product showed up on the 20th and was defective. Obviously the seller can't control shipping time, but the tracking showed no movement for 10 days. They kept stalling in hopes of give up. I'll never buy from them again.
