Brand new with the attached extra button! Oh, it is as soft as a cloud and warm. I'm always cold, so I may wear it around the house. ( dogs are always hot if it's not very cool). There is no stretching, pilling, wear, anything, It is locked into " brand new vintage" category!! I am so loving this piece! It was boxed up so carefully and shipped well.
