    Did not receive the footwear i purchased, the parcel didn't arrive at the point of collection due to the seller not covering the total cost of the postage.The parcel was held at Royal Mail sorting distribution centre for 18 days and then sent back to sender.Seller was contacted by myself and said it had not been returned yet.My purchase was refunded back to me via the eBay money back guarantee, buys be aware i personally don't think that this seller is serious.

    I purchased 48 hour Royal Mail delivery at £3.39 for a small parcel up to a weight of 1kg, which for a pair of shoes is CORRECT. Royal Mail decided this was insufficient (incorrectly) and parcel got stuck. Buyer only alerted me after 15 days. I spent 45 mins on phone to Royal Mail, then I immediately refunded the buyer (initiated by ME not eBay). Parcel still has not been returned and I am the ONLY one here currently out of pocket. Buyer's review is unfair, nasty and spiteful.
