Parts include a roll of rubber mastic tape for sealing something but it is not mentioned. The stainless steel tie down brackets are unfinished with sharp edges. One of mine was sharp enough to cut a finger. So I used a benchtop grinding wheel to dull all the edges and then the wire brush wheel to polish and they both now match the price point.
