    The re-spooler I purchased was exactly as describe. Upon inspection of the re-spooler purchased, I did not see any physical damage. I appreciate the attention to detail that the seller put into packaging the re-spooler for shipment. Included with the re-spooler, was a QR code that when scanned, displayed a PDF file which came with detailed instructions for the re-spooler. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchased and with the seller.
