I'm not too happy with the item being listed as new since there was hair still in the bristles as well as a residue of whatever hair product was used. You can tell that it was used because the opening and closing of it isn't as solid as it should be, theres a slight gap when closing it - sort of like a new book that has been opened or read through. aside from that, it works fine and turns on but definitely not "new."
