Everything was supposed to be tested and working when I received it. This was obviously not done. No apology offered from Dealer. Dealer simply stated, that he βoffered a 30 day full refundβ. Just one more disappointing transaction and letdown for me.

It is $30 to return it. Arrived really well protected in the packaging and works great. No complaints here at all. It was even in really good condition with very little scratching and no dents.
