      Item was as described New Old Stock. It has the power for my retro gaming build(power needs were different 20 years ago) It came acceptably packaged. I will monitor the condition of the capacitors as I use it since it comes from the era of the "capacitor plague". I could've spent as much or more on a modern PSU that wouldn't perform as well in this situation making it a good value. Specs are this PSU, a Sempron 2400+(1.67Ghz) or an Athlon XP 3000+(2100Mhz, bios update needed), a MSI KT6V MB.
