Seller did not work with me to adjust appropriate address (did not respond to my messages to resolve issue). Seller immediately cancelled my purchase (thankfully got my refund) and relisted the same exact item for a higher price than what they originally accepted as my offer. The irony is that the seller also posted the item on Japanese auction sites and ended up selling it for even less than my originally accepted offer.

Only thing to note is import fees and tariffs as this is coming from Japan but excellent price even after paying for my tariffs!
