It had not issue and was not opened and closed badly. I had this back blue lid professionally installed. The buyer did not have to pay to have the back blue lid installed properly. As far as screws placed improperly I had nothing t do with this. I bought this phone originally as new and if there any screws improperly placed these would have been done at the factory.
