    The package got delivered to me, open and with no content inside. Apparently the seller poorly packaged a heavy metal object in a paper envelope. The envelope ripped whilst on the delivery and the drill bit got lost. I contacted the seller and issued him with what happened and a photo of proof, but he replied with a inappropriate response, claiming I was scamming him and swearing at me. I told him that I didn't expect a refund. An apology would've been fine.
