Inside of the doll box came torn apart, with attachments super loose and with the doll moving inside the box during shipment. Thank god the doll is OK. Now he wants the doll in exchange for a full refund, although I'm asking for a partial refund just so I can replace the box. No communication skills whatsoever, even when buying a NRFB $1000 doll. I offered full refund with shipping reimbursement and she refused. She wanted a partial refund which would amount to half the order so she count double the price of the doll and resale it for a profit. She said the partial was to replace the box but one cannot replace a OOAK doll box. It was a bad experience for the both of us. She had stated that the doll shifted in the box and tore the part around the feet of the doll about an inch. I always ship my dolls well.
