    Smooth transaction, the item itself came brand new in the box as advertised and arrived in a timely manner. However, it probably could have been packed better; The item had a new tear and prominent crease on the packaging that wasn’t present in the pictures. My child will be taking it out of the box anyways so it’s not a concern, but if it was someone wanting to leave the item in the box they would’ve probably taken issue with it.
