As the sale did state it was the keyboard paint issues, Also turns out the trackpad is faulty and does not work. They have done a partial refund for the screen issue see proof, but I’ve not informed them of the trackpad issue. As the “glide point” still works too. Battery is very bad and went from 70+% to 7% in the blink of an eye as they say. I’ve got a new battery coming direct from dell 42Wh for £37
