Dude, your a Uk seller selling an electrical item. Uk consumer law warranties that item for 12 months from the date of purchase. Plus The Item has the normal 30 day Ebay return period but he tried to return after 2 months and pretend he had never used it !! All items are tested on despatch and working so maybe next time he should not turn his volume up so high and then plug things into the mixer !!
