She arrived headless and when I lifted her from the box she fell into pieces. Seller won't take responsibility. Seller offered return only if I pay shipping. This is her mistake, not mine. Upon receipt of the doll, the buyer said that the head had come off. I responded with an offer of a full refund upon receipt of the doll back to me. She refused to pay for return shipping through Ebay. Then she said that both arms came off too. I again offered to refund if the doll was sent back to me via Ebay. Nope.
