As the paper was leaving the machine after printer it would jam after a few sheets causing the printing job to be cancelled, remove the paper and start again. Gave up after this happed 5 times. Seller gave me instructions on how to repair it myself ! Bought a brand new HP4002 instead for a few quid more than his rubbish and it is brilliant !! Beware and look at buying new ?

Communication very slow and late, accepted eventually return but first they send me to post office with over 20kg box which was obviously too heavy. After second complain they send me the right way of sending them back printer. I paid £110
