Even though it was shipped from England, tbe seller always kept me up date as it traveled through the shipping channels. It came to me unharmed in the proper packaging for a tobacco pipe. Once I received the pipe it was exactly as it was described in the listing. For being such a rare pipe the price was not exorbitant nor did I ever feel that I was being misled. I would never hesitate to buy more.
