It arrived damaged due to not being packaged well, seran wrap can only do so much…. It also was missing more pieces than the seller disclosed. There are keep parts missing. Also, the printing is messed up. Every page I print has ink smears and it smudges anything I print. I did swap out all ink to new sets of HP ink from the HP website. I also replaced the printer cartridge head and ran multiple cleaning pages.Reply from: uruhu-highlands- Feedback replied by seller uruhu-highlands.- Feedback replied by seller uruhu-highlands.1) Description CLEARLY stated it had "NO TRAYS" Read..... 2) Damages were caused by Carrier FEDEX it was packaged well... Anything can happen during shipping.. 3) Description stated "NO TONERS" Included you had to buy your own toners that's why the printer was offered to you cheap. You can't print with empty Toners. 4) Marks and scratches were mentioned, for a used printer it definitely had scratches... 5) We never wanted to ship to VA but you pleaded. "Unappreciative buyer"
