        I was VERY concerned when the shipment arrived in a beaten up toilet box. Upon opening I found a mess, it's the worst packaging job I've ever seen. Literally, used about 50 USPS padded envelopes as packaging among other stuff (both wasteful and not great packaging solution for an 80lb amplifier). I finally was about to set up the device and found everything to work as expected (phew!). Yes, it has some cosmetic things, but that was expected and nothing terrible. It seems to work as expected.
