He did not tell the truth about it and I got a $ 50. refund i should get my full refund back. I will not purchase from them again, buyers beware. I tried to fix it but too many broken parts missing, and it will only go in reverse for a short time then shots out, the coal car was put together from spare parts and no guts to it. I asked them what I could do to make it right and they said a partial refund. I provided the full partial refund they requested immediately upon request. He was great about making it right though, when I explained the situation he sent me a refund that was more than fair. Also, he shipped them like right away, which was really nice.

Ebay requires you to select on of the options it provides for why you're canceling the order. Defective item is not one of the options.
