When I sent a message asking for tracking I got a response that said my brother is in the hospital. Not sure what’s going on with your order. I had specially ordered this for a birthday. I asked to cancel the order and it would’ve been okay but then they refused to cancel my order and made me wait for three days. This was so unnecessary. I don’t write negative or neutral feedback but we were really excited to have this. Beware.
