I messaged the seller on July 18, 2025, but received no response. As of today, July 24, I had to open a case with eBay. The seller responded to the case, saying they were on vacation and would ship the item today. They also asked me to close the case and pointed out that they have good feedback. I originally purchased the item based on that positive feedback, especially the comments about fast shipping. We did nothing wrong just asked them to close the case because it ties the money up. Yes we were on vacation shame on us for taking a break.
