Had to buy a 20.00 sd card and use a battery out of one of my other cameras just to get it to come on. Spent hours on the phone with customer service and the could not get it to connect. At this price it should work as a used unit because there is nothing that can be used as parts. Don’t tell me you didn’t at least turn it on and saw nothing. If it don’t work say it don’t work. It did turn on for me, but I had no way to see if it worked or not which is why I stated that in the listing. No where did it say that an SD card was included in the listing. While it doesn’t help any of us in this instance, I’d recommend reading future listings carefully before purchasing. Would have loved to have had a chance to resolve before you posted negative feedback
