Unfortunately the trigger sent to me was clearly not only not brand new in original retail box as pictured but was used, dented, chipped and scratched, and was shipped in a box but not the retail one pictured. Either the seller did this knowingly or unknowingly. After a lengthy and at times infuriating back-and-forth with the seller which required intervention from eBay Customer Service they finally agreed to a 50% refund. So... buyer beware.
