    The item was not only as described, it is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately there was a delay with posting, however the communication was excellent explaining why, and it was an issue that could not be helped. The item was fragile and the packaging reflected this, not only wrapped throughly in bubble wrap, it as had fragile on the package. Great item, great seller and I would definitely buy from them again.
