I suspect that this Made in Japan 2011 Charvel Neck was in the final finishing stages at the Chushin Factory before it closed. The neck was probably awaiting a final sealer coat before drilling for the neck bolts and headstock hardware. Many thanks to the seller for preserving it in "new" condition.
