The used Pioneer WT6000NEX was as described with chips and scratched on the screen, hence the very discounted price. This is a floating unit so I now understand why the back cover is missing. For many cars, you will have to remove that back cover to access the 2 wiring harnesses to remove the screen so it can be installed. Even though the product has issues, I tried Boss Elite and Soundstream units before. I would buy a busted Pioneer any day.
