Fact is item delivered to 690 Cherry St. As per policy, we advised him to return the item for a refund. Instead, he responded with threats of negative feedback. We do not engage in unethical behavior and will not be extorted — we operate with integrity and stand firmly by our principles. Buyer doesn't represent good people of Medford Or.
