When I received the package, it was well packed, but when I picked up the Power Supply I heard a rattling noise inside. Thinking it was a loose nut, I opened up the unit to make sure nothing gets shorted, and I found a piece of a voltage transistor, and looking further, another transistor was broken off. This leaves the PSU completely unusable as it leaves the PSU to send unsafe Voltage. I also didn't get a full refund back.
