The regulator was brand new(as described), decent quality, looked great, and was a SUPER great bargain compared to OEM. My only complaints are with Chrysler's designs, nothing to do with this product or seller 5/5! Fair warning: Window regulators are a CHORE to change, and this one rivals my Mini Cooper! The way these doors are designed, you WILL be pulling almost everything down to the door skin!
