Yes, 5 days after ordering. Order was place on Sunday and Monday was Memorial Day. As it states in out FAQ's, we sometimes need to order from our suppliers which pushes shipment back a day or two. For this specific order, the supplier sent us the wrong flex, so we were still waiting. Ordering on Sunday and Monday being a holiday, shipping on Friday is reasonable.
