The value was good and the appearance is good. It stinks though that the remote wasn't included but that's okay I can live without it connected to my Wi-Fi perfectly fine and it connected to my to my Alexa great with no problems. It fits under all my couches and entertainment center perfectly fine.

I used the stones two days after I got them and each of the knives I sharpened are now razor-sharp. I would recommend a more insulated packing; my box was dented upon arrival, and one of the stones was chipped, but very minor. But the box showed some abuse by the post office or whoever handled it. Still, all parts arrived and are as described.
